Last weekend, our founders Richard Velasquez and Kevin Jiang were at University of California, Berkeley for the Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator demo day on November 22nd! Kevin and Ricky were part of the prestigious program's 2021 cohort, and had the opportunity to showcase Mooch and meet interested investors!
Their highlights
From Kevin: "We've been doing virtual sessions with other teams all of this year and for many of us, demo day at Berkeley meant meeting in person for the first time. I was excited to present Mooch and showcase our recent app store launch while being a part of Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator. The event was a success and saw lots of students stopping by our booth, investors, and thought leaders in the blockchain and fintech space. The bee and bold yellow balloons certainly helped us stand out!"
The accelerator is a blockchain-focused startup at UC Berkeley, run by Blockchain at Berkeley, UC Berkeley Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology and the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
